What are the advantages of the PERI Online Shop?

Can all PERI Products be ordered through the Online Shop?

You are able to buy component products in the Online Shop. If you are interested in Formwork & Scaffolding material, our Technical Sales Representatives will support you. Contact us

Can I buy as well as rent products?

We currently offer PERI products online for purchase only. If you are interested in renting material, please get in touch with your Technical Sales Representatives or contact us here.

Whom can I contact if I have any questions in regards to the PERI Online Shop?

For online support, our PERI Online Service Team is available online: Monday - Friday 08:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.(EST). You can contact us by fill out the contact form or sending your questions directly to info@shopperi.ca.


Do I have to register before ordering?

Yes, you will need to register and create an account online in order to receive pricing and discounts associated with your account or business group. If you need to order immediately, use your credit card. Register Now!

My Account

I forgot my password – what do I do?

Within the login page, click on the link "Forgot your password?", fill in your email address and you will receive information on how to reset your password.

Can I change my password?

You can change your password within your Account Settings at any time.


Is the order obligatory?

After your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. 
Please note: This order confirmation e-mail is legally binding.

How do I check the status of my order?

We provide information on the status of your order automatically during fulfillment. You can also check the status of your orders anytime under Your Account - Order section.

How can I change an Order that has been already placed?

How can I change my Invoice or Delivery Address?

Please contact the Online Shop Team.

How can I cancel my order?

Under the My Account - Orders section, you will find the overview of all of your orders. When you find the order you wish to cancel, please click on the order number. This will direct you to the order details. If the order status is “Order Received” you can Contact us or email info@shopperi.ca to cancel the order. 

Please note: In the event the order status is “In Progress”, you are no longer able to cancel the order.

Which method of payments do you accept?

We accept:

• MasterCard®
• American Express®
• Invoice (Credit Account Required)

When will I be charged for my order?

When you place an order, PERI authorizes your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order until the order status changes to "In Progress", that is when your card will be charged.

Delivery & Self-Pickup

What are my delivery options?

Both pickup and delivery are available. You can either coordinate pickup on your own or we can organize a truck for you. Simply select your preferred shipping option during checkout.

How much is delivery?

If you are placing your order online and would like PERI to coordinate delivery, please select "Delivery" during checkout, under shipping options. Once we receive your online order, we will contact you within 2 business days with a shipping quote.

We work with a large number of trucking and transportation companies around the country. This means you will receive your order in the least expensive, fastest & safest way possible. Your order will be moved to "Pending" status while we wait for a response to the quote.

Claims & Returns

How can I file a complaint about a product or inquire about returning an order?

Please contact the Online Service Team or your Technical Sales Representative. We will make sure to respond to your concern as soon as possible.

PERI Rewards

How do I join the "PERI Rewards" program?

Customers with store accounts will automatically earn points for purchases. If you don't have one yet, create a store account now!

How do I earn points?

Get 2 points for every $1 you spend (excluding any shipping fees, taxes).

How do I check my balance?

Log in to your store account and go to the Use Points Page.

How can I use my points?

Use your points to redeem rewards as coupon codes. You can apply one coupon code per order on the payment page during checkout.

PERI Rewards cannot be redeemed towards Plywood.

Will my points expire?

Points will expire according to the following scheme:
Before Jan 1, 2019 = points expire Dec 31, 2020
Jan 1, 2019 - Dec 31, 2019 = points expire Dec 31, 2020
Jan 1, 2020 - Dec 31, 2020 = points expire Dec 31, 2021
